In 1:1 work, you get a dedicated space to:

• explore what’s true beneath the surface
• understand the patterns that keep looping
• meet fear, resistance, or confusion without collapsing into it
• root yourself so you can live with more steadiness and direction
• build the capacity to follow through on what matters
 

This isn’t performance ore therapy.

The commitment

Transformation doesn’t happen in a single conversation.
To make the work meaningful, I ask for a minimum commitment of three months.


This gives us enough space to build momentum, deepen the work instead of circling the surface, integrate what shifts and create changes that last.

A three-month container includes

- Six 1:1 sessions, every second week
- WhatsApp access to me between sessions through voice and text
- Personalised practices to support your growth between our calls

Limited availability
I work with a limited number of 1:1 clients at a time. This allows me to be fully present in each session and in the process between our meetings. Reach out and we will see if there is space, now or at a later time.

If three months feels like a big commitment

If a three month container feels like a large commitment and you are not yet fully sure, we can begin with a single session. Single session fee: 150€.

This gives you the opportunity to experience what it is like to work with me, and to feel if this is the right next step for you.
