Welcome, I’m David—glad you’re here.​
I’m a student, practitioner, coach, and facilitator, dedicated to helping men who are ready to lead themselves and their lives from within. After burning out in a career that looked successful on the outside, I realized I had been running fast and making progress, but in a direction I hadn’t necessarily chosen consciously.
​
Over the last eight years, I’ve followed a deep curiosity about myself and the longings that emerge from within. This curiosity has led me to immerse myself in the wisdom of indigenous traditions as well as modern science. The practices I've picked up along the way have opened doors to more creativity, love, and authenticity in my life.

Today, I live just outside Stockholm with my partner, where I spend my time renovating an old house, living in practice, writhing a book and guiding men on their journey toward more of themselves.
