Connection • Nature • PRACTICE

Time set aside to come together.
To slow down enough to actually feel what’s going on.

To deepen in ourselves, inspire each other, and leave with more clarity and a steadier way forward.

Nothing more than that.
Nothing less.

What This Is

This retreat is a space for deep inner work, masculine embodiment, and genuine brotherhood, held in nature.

We open the container deliberately and with care. The retreat includes ceremonial work, alongside masculine embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, inner and shadow work, play, rest, and time in the forest.

This is not about pushing or fixing yourself.
It’s about coming back into your body, softening what has been holding, and reconnecting with what matters.

Good food. Simple living. Real conversations.
Time with men who are willing to show up honestly.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This retreat is for men who are ready to show up and step into more of themselves.

It’s a space to:

  • be mirrored and discover new parts of yourself

  • gain clarity on what’s important right now

  • be inspired by other men doing real work

  • simply spend time with grounded, present men

Many participants come from the Open Man community and courses, and for them this is an opportunity to meet in the physical and deepen together, forming real friendships.

For others, this retreat may be a first step into this work, and there are few better ways to enter than into a field already held and primed by men who have walked it before.

You don’t need prior experience.
You don’t need the right words.
You just need curiosity and a willingness to meet yourself honestly.

How the Days Are Held

We open the retreat ceremonially and let the days unfold with rhythm rather than rigidity.

A typical day includes:

  • Morning embodiment practice

  • Shared breakfast

  • Practice block

  • Lunch

  • Afternoon practice, play, or time in nature

  • Dinner

  • Evenings together, relaxed, playful, grounded

  • Some evenings may include gentle nervous system regulation practices

The exact schedule is intentionally flexible, allowing the work to meet the group where it is.

Practices may include:
Masculine embodiment, breath-work, circles, movement, silence, ritual, play, and time in nature.

Group size: 10–14 men

Nature: Forest to roam, bonfire, sauna, lake for swimming

What You May Leave With

Men often leave feeling:

  • more grounded and clear, knowing what matters and ready to take action

  • more open and connected, to themselves and to others

  • resourced with practical tools they can actually use in daily life

Not a peak experience to chase, but a felt shift that continues after you return home.
