The Journey
We’ll travel deep into the Swedish mountains, to the remote and majestic range of Sylarna. Together we walk a three-day journey, part hike, part ceremony — where we meet the mountain, each other, and ourselves.

You don’t need to have done an Open Man course to feel the call. This is for any man who longs to unplug from the noise, step into wild nature, and reconnect with something deeper, together with other men.
We will hike, yes. We’ll walk through raw, untouched nature. Face a real mountain. Climb to its peak.
We’ll eat well, sweat hard, laugh often, and share the trail like men have always done, shoulder to shoulder.
But this is also much more than just a hike. This is a sacred container. A space where we remember what matters. Where we let go of what no longer serves, and open up to what’s next.
Every man needs this. And if we don’t consciously step into it, life will find other ways to force our growth.
Better to meet it with intention, surrounded by brothers — than wait for the storm to come.

The Flow
Day 1 – Departing the Known
We meet in Stockholm and travel overnight by minibus. Arrival at sunrise.
Day 2 – Entering Ceremony
We begin our trek into the range. The walk weaves together silence, reflection, laughter, and practice. We arrive at the lodge for a hot meal, sauna, and deep rest.
Day 3 – Ascent & Descent
We rise early and climb toward the peak. Along the way: brotherhood, breath, stillness, wildness.
At the summit, we consciously release what we’re ready to let go of — and open to what’s next.
In the evening: return, nourish, integrate.
Day 4 – Return
Still in ceremony, we begin our journey back.Laughter, presence, reflection — and a late evening return to Stockholm.

The Open Man Summit is an annual journey.
In 2026 we gather for the third time.
